Please take the time to read the newsletters that are emailed to you. There is a lot of valuable information which will answer many of your questions and a time line of the 2010 ECC and CPR guideline changes.
Also, utilize proper rosters and send in names neatly written along with payment. This will help speed up the process and reduce delays.
